Hope you LOVE these images from Tiffany’s senior session. Lucky for us we barely evaded the rain – and had LOTS of laughs. And HELLO, her hair looks amazing..especially for being such a yuck-o day outside. She’s maybe inspiring me to go short…oh geeze. Thanks, thanks, thanks and enjoy what’s left of your weekend!

Here’s the start of my sister Sara’s senior session. Lucky for her (and me) we’re sisters and her session can go on for weeks and weeks as opposed to hours. These were shot on our Fourth of July trip to Michigan. The last one is for sure Sara’s personality. Enjoy!

The workshop is wrapping up quite nicely. We’ve been up all night working on the production of the final DVD and website. I am very excited for the kids to see their work, and to have such a neat piece to take home with them.
Here is a sneak peek well overdue. Since I was a wee little lady, I have gone to church with Christina’s family and have watched her grow into a great young woman. She plans to become a kindergarten teacher after her graduation which is a most perfect match for her character and personality. We had lots of fun shooting – even after we got rained out. Enjoy these few images.

Just a reminder, I am headed to Michigan today to spend time with my family for the fourth. All emails and phone calls will be returned early this week. Hope all is swell.

A little delay on this post, but I want to share these wheat field images of one of my best friends, Julie. Every day I sit in my office staring at all of my awesome clients’ photos while I think about my friends. So, it dawned on me that this summer I should spend a lot of my time photographing my friends – so I can remember, so I can see them each day in my office, so I can feel more connected. I hope you love these. This is how I see Julie in my mind…sweet, sweet, sweet.

We started at Mary’s church and wandered down the street to Wakefield-Scarce, then hopped in the car and drove over to the karate studio. Her eyes were stellar, her mom super sweet (and funny) AND she laughed at my jokes. We had a great time..enjoy.

*** I will be out of town from Sunday-Tuesday afternoon. You can reach me by telephone, or by emailing my school account [elizabeth.lauer at wku.edu]. Unfortunately, my Lizzie Loo mail won’t be available. But feel free to call :-) ***

I’m barely making it in time with this post – but happy Friday the 13th to you. Has you luck turned up – I hope mine does :-)
Check out these gorgeous ladies in the wheat field….which has, unfortunately been cut down. I’ll find something else soon!

Due to the awesome-ness of the Finchville area wheatfields I will be filling my next few days with as many senior special sessions as I can.
Here’s the scoop for those who want to add this awesome place to your session:
$25 for one outfit and 20 minutes of shooting in the field
If you have already had a session (this year or previous) all you have to do is email a time that works for you and bring your fee along to the shoot.
If you’re new to Lizzie Loo, shoot me an email and I will send over a portrait agreement for you to bring along.
Keep in mind:
It’s hotttt – so we’ll start each day at 7 am and take appointments on the half hour.
Sunrise and sunset are the most awesome! The last appointment taken will be 9:30 – and yes we can shoot in the dark :-)
My Saturday is booked – but appointments are still open tonight, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday…
Most important, the wheat field will be cut soon and since it isn’t mine…I don’t know when that will be. I will shoot as long as it is up, but it will be cut and anyone after the cut will have to be…cut.
That’s the way the cookie crumbles…wheat is sweet.
